Is there a subscription?
No. Hail is prepaid — top up credit and spend it across voice, SMS, and email. No monthly fee, no seats, no minimums.
Is it really one balance for everything?
Yes — one balance covers every channel, inbound and outbound. No separate Twilio, SendGrid, or carrier accounts to reconcile.
What about the number and email domain?
Both included. You get a phone number, SMS line, and an agent email domain (or bring your own) — no rental fees, just usage. Numbers are pooled today, with dedicated numbers you can purchase coming soon.
Do I need a Twilio account?
Not on managed — we provision and handle compliance. If you self-host, bring your own carrier keys and pay them directly; Hail itself is free.
