Hail

Hail gives AI agents a real phone number and an email inbox: inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and threaded email, through one MCP server, one REST API, and one CLI.

Hail is a hosted developer platform: customers ("Developers") trigger outbound calls, SMS, and email programmatically through Hail's MCP server, REST API, and CLI. The hosted cloud product is operated by Hail HQ, reachable at hi@hail.so.

Hail is also available as free software: the full platform is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3) and can be self-hosted on your own infrastructure. A self-hosted deployment is operated independently by the party running it; Hail HQ has no visibility into and no relationship with self-hosted instances.
