Agent wallet · coming soon
Give your agent a budget, not your card.
Your agent can plan the trip. It cannot pay for it. Today the options are bad: hand over a credit card and hope, or approve every purchase yourself. The agent wallet replaces both with a prepaid balance and two rules.
01
Fund it once
Prepaid, separate from your card. The agent sees a balance, never a card number.
02
Set a ceiling
A total budget and a per-action threshold. Below the threshold, the agent books, buys, and orders on its own.
03
Approve the big ones
At or above your threshold, the action pauses and asks you first, from your phone, Slack, or any MCP client. At $0, spending stops. No overdraft.
Questions
How do spending limits for an AI agent work?
You fund a wallet once and set two numbers: a total budget and a per-action approval threshold. The agent spends freely below the threshold. At or above it, the action pauses until you approve.
What happens when the budget runs out?
Spending stops. There is no overdraft and no auto-charge. The agent keeps working; it just cannot spend until you top up.
Do I hand the agent my credit card?
No. The wallet is prepaid and separate from your card. The agent never sees a card number, only a balance with rules.
When does the agent wallet launch?
It is in development. Wallet approvals will ride the same account, consent rails, and event ledger as Hail's calls, SMS, and email.
The channels are live today
The wallet is coming. Calls, SMS, and email are already here: your agent can talk to the real world now, on the same account the wallet will land in.
